Ross was born and raised in Mandeville, Louisiana, and attends the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, majoring in organizational communication with a minor in sociology. He has served his chapter as philanthropy chairman, Derby Days philanthropic event chairman and Kustos. During his time at Louisiana-Lafayette, he has been a senator for the college of liberal arts, a member of the Student Leadership Council, vice president of programming and is president of the school’s Interfraternity Council, vice president of awards for the Southeastern Interfraternity Conference and a member of the JED Foundation Student Advisory Council. He plans to attend graduate school for higher education student affairs.
As a summer leadership intern, Ross works within the membership development department, and provides support for the education and leadership programs team. He focuses primarily on providing support for, and assisting in the execution of, the Balfour Leadership Training Workshop.
