Dakota Neff is a 2014 graduate from Loyola University of Chicago, where he was a founding member of the Lambda Nu chapter, was president of the Interfraternity Council, and served as Province Representative and 2012 Grand Council delegate for Northern Illinois. He received his bachelors of science in biology, with concentrations in bio-statistics and bio-ethics. In addition to his studies and fraternity involement, he spent time researching under the Director of the Bio-ethics department at Loyola University, Jennifer Parks and was recognized by the National Council on Undergraduate Research for his work on societies perceptions of the transgender community. Prior to graduating from Loyola, Dakota volunteered and subsequentially worked part time as operatons assistant at Sigma Chi Headquarters. The choice to start working full-time for the Fraternity after graduating, was a natural and easy transition.
Dakota takes great pride in his work, and has recently become a SHRM Certified Professional in Human Resources.
The Executive Assistant and Human Resources Generalist's primary resonisbilities are to oversee the companies benefits plan, payroll, employee enrollment, record retention, and compliance to government fair labor and hiring laws. In addition to those primary responsibilities, the position assists the Exectutive Director with day to day tasks, while also aiding the Exectuive Commitee as recording secretary for meetings.
